Named for all we cannot see within ourselves, offers individual and community classes in restorative yoga.

These are small classes offered in supportive spaces. They are focused on our inward experience of yoga, and taught with an understanding that our bodies are as varied as our imaginations.

Other offerings include free-writing workshops, speaking in circles, and listening rooms (communal listening to interviews & sound installations in various environments). All are geared toward finding our voice amidst the voices of others, and remapping the ways we come together.

The studio, based in Sparkill, NY, is a nomadic space.  One that travels to other locations – to reach diverse populations, and connect with other teachers, advocates, artists, therapists, and community resources toward a wide ground of support.  All are welcome.
